About CORE performance

Led by Senior CORE Coach Rachel Hoeft, this 7-Week program is an elite athletic experience designed to increase overall athleticism and train the body to perform at a higher level. Classes include a combination of training modules in Functional Strength, Multi-directional Explosiveness, Agility & Speed, and Sports Applications, with proven benefits across all sports. Participants will be challenged by advanced training drills and sports techniques so they can feel prepped for the next competitive sports season.
