Technology & Digital Engagement Coordinator

The Technology & Digital Engagement Coordinator supports CORE Athletic Training’s digital presence, communication channels, and community engagement efforts. The position combines content coordination, community engagement, digital analytics, and emerging technology enablement to strengthen CORE’s brand visibility, streamline operations, and support program enrollment and growth. This role helps ensure CORE’s programs, including camps, training sessions, and events, are effectively communicated through social media, email, and digital platforms.


Coach in Training (CIT)

CORE's Coach in Training (CIT) program is an unpaid, volunteer experience that offers Orange County students in 7th-10th grade the opportunity to give back to their community by acting as role models and mentors to kids 3.5 to 12 years old. CITs will assist coaches in after school classes, weekend programs, and camps.

Field Study / Internship

CORE Field Study Internships offer the perfect opportunity to gain a variety of experience in primary business disciplines, including: business operations, marketing & communications, team management, program development, project management, and more. Sports & Athletics Coach

CORE is looking for psychology and education-minded sports enthusiasts to serve as Coaches and role-models in our youth sports programs, including: after school, weekend, leagues, camps, and parties. Our low coach to student ratios provide coaches with the unique opportunity to foster character growth and development in children through a hands-on coaching experience. Salary Range: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour with opportunities for advancement and salary increase.


Social Media Intern

In this internship, you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of social media strategy, including how to create engaging content, boost engagement, and build an authentic online community. You’ll gain hands-on experience designing social media plans for platforms such as Instagram. Learn how to craft content that captures our mission, communicate directly with our audience, and leverage digital media, influencer collaborations, and interactive campaigns. Beyond social media, you'll be exposed to the operational side of running a youth sports academy, with opportunities to contribute to exciting program initiatives.

This position provides a solid foundation for a future career in social media management, sports marketing, small business, business development, youth development, and more. Director of Recess

THIS POSITION IS CLOSED. CORE is looking for an accomplished professional who will be responsible for the general oversight of CORE’s newly launched Recess Enrichment Program. At CORE, we believe that Recess is an extension of the classroom with the opportunity to educate and enrich students' lives through guided play. This person will be responsible for all aspects of Recess Enrichment, from business development to program execution in-field, and everything in between. The Director of Recess Enrichment has the opportunity to play a major role in the evolution, growth, and maturation of this newly launched pivotal product. The Director of Recess will be a valued partner of the management team and report directly to the President of CORE. Salary Range: $25 - $35.
