Coach In Training (CIT)
CORE's Coach in Training (CIT) program is an unpaid, volunteer experience that offers Orange County students in 7th-10th grade the opportunity to give back to their community by acting as role models and mentors to kids 3.5 to 12 years old. CITs will assist coaches in after school classes, weekend programs, and camps.
We are currently accepting applications for Summer 2024. Applications are being accepted from February 7 - April 15, 2024.

Field Study / Internship
We are on the lookout for motivated individuals who are interested in enriching their college experience through behind the scenes exposure to the inner workings of a thriving youth athletics academy. CORE Field Study Internships offer the perfect opportunity to gain a variety of experience in primary business disciplines, including: business operations, marketing & communications, team management, program development, project management, and more.
Sports & Athletics Coach
CORE is looking for psychology and education-minded sports enthusiasts to serve as Coaches and role-models in our youth sports programs, including: after school, weekend, leagues, camps, and parties. Our low coach to student ratios provide coaches with the unique opportunity to foster character growth and development in children through a hands-on coaching experience. Salary Range: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour with opportunities for advancement and salary increase.
Program Operations Specialist
CORE is looking for an accomplished professional who will be responsible for the general oversight of CORE’s newly launched Recess Enrichment Program. At CORE, we believe that Recess is an extension of the classroom with the opportunity to educate and enrich students' lives through guided play. This person will be responsible for all aspects of Recess Enrichment, from business development to, program execution in the field, and everything in between. Once trained, immersed, and fluent in CORE, the Director of Recess Enrichment has the opportunity to play a major role in the evolution, growth, and maturation of this newly launched pivotal product. The Director of Recess will be a valued partner of the management team and report directly to the President of CORE. Salary Range: $23 - $35.
Program Development Lead
THIS POSITION IS CLOSED. CORE is looking for a personable, self-starter who possesses a drive to get involved in both the behind-the-scenes planning & management as well as the in-field execution of sports & athletics programs. This person will support the growth of a thriving sports academy in an exciting new hybrid role. Salary Range: $23 - $35.
