About CORE performance Classes
CORE Performance is designed for athletes ready to take their skills to the next level in any sport. Our Coaches work with each kiddo to increase overall athleticism and condition young athletes to perform physically & mentally at a higher level.
Each class builds key physical performance attributes—such as strength, speed, agility, and endurance—while also developing critical mental skills through our integrated social and emotional learning approach. Athletes strengthen their confidence, focus, motivation, resilience, and goal-setting abilities, growing into stronger competitors and more self-assured individuals on and off the field.
Classes include an array of training modules, such as: plyometrics for multi-directional explosiveness, change-of-direction drills for quickness, functional strength training for power and stability, and sprinting and footwork drills to improve speed and agility. Each session wraps with Sports Techniques, combining learned skills in a fun competitive setting.
