Program Policy: Changes, Deferrals & Cancellations


GENERAL

Program registrations are considered “reserved” until a program is green-lit (approved to run). Once a program is green-lit, program registrations are processed and are subject to the Cancellation and Deferral policies outlined below.


ALL PROGRAMS (INCLUDING SUMMER CAMPS)

Fees

Payments made by credit card will incur a non-refundable 5% Processing Fee, plus $15 Penalty Fee.

Payments made by cash or check will incur a non-refundable $15 Penalty Fee. 


Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations Can be Made 14+ Days Before the Scheduled Program Start Date and are subject to the appropriate Fees (above) after which, CORE will provide a full refund of the remaining balance.

Cancellations Made 13 or few days before the Scheduled Program Start Date will not be refunded. Please see Registration Deferral options & policy below.

Note: the Program Start Date is considered the first day of the program (i.e. for a Camp Week that runs Monday to Friday, the first day is Monday).

Deferrals & Credits

A Registration Deferral is treated as a non-refundable Program Credit to be used towards a future CORE program. Program Credits are valid for 1-year after the deferral is made. For example, Registration Deferrals made on Jan 1, 2021 are valid for use until December 31, 2021.

Registration Deferrals are subject to a $15 Penalty Fee, only (no Processing Fee).

If a Program Credit is used towards a program with a Registration Fee greater than the Program Credit being applied, all standard processing fees apply to the remaining balance.

Registration Deferrals made 7 - 13 Days Before the Scheduled Program Start Date: after the non-refundable $15 Penalty Fee, CORE will provide a 75% Program Credit of the remaining balance.

Registration Deferrals made 1 - 6 Days Before the Scheduled Program Start Date: after the non-refundable $15 Penalty Fee, CORE will provide a 50% Program Credit of the remaining balance.

Registration Deferrals (including those for sickness) made on or after the first day of the Scheduled Program Start Date: all sales are considered final. 

Registration Cancellations made for Children who test positive for Covid: after the non-refundable $15 Penalty Fee, CORE will provide a 100% Program Credit of the remaining balance.

ADDITIONAL SUMMER CAMP SPECIFICATIONS

The following specifications apply to all CORE Summer Camps, including specialty sport and training camps. 

Each week of Camp is considered an individual Program.

The first day of the Camp week is considered the Scheduled Program Start Date.

Camp Registrations can not be split between multiple Camp weeks or carried over into other Camp weeks.


Camp Changes Due to Illness: Any Camp days missed due to illness can be made up within the same Camp week.  If you can not make up the Camp Day in the same week, you can defer the value of the missed day(s) to be used as a Program Credit at a later day during Summer Camp (only).

Camp Changes Due to Non-Illness/Other:  (this is defined as a request to change your camp registration from one camp week to another) Change requests made 14+ Days In Advance of the original Camp Week scheduled start date will incur a $15 Change Fee; Change requests made 7-13 Days In Advance of the original Camp Week scheduled start date will incur a $20 Change Fee. No Changes can be made less than 7 Days in Advance of the Camp Week scheduled start date.


PRIVATE PROGRAMS & PRIVATE PARTIES

General

All Private Programs and Private Parties require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% will be charged within 7-days of the scheduled program start date.

All Changes made after the 50% deposit is placed will incur a $15 Fee.

All Cancellations will forfeit the 50% non-refundable deposit.
