Program Cancellation & Change Policy

Effective for Programs with a Start Date after 1/1/2022


GENERAL

Program registrations are considered “reserved” until a program is green-lit (approved to run). Once a program is green-lit, program registrations are processed and are subject to the Cancellation and Deferral policies outlined below.


AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS, WEEKEND PROGRAMS, AND NON-SUMMER CAMPS

General 

The following policies apply to school-year programs, September - May. Programs include, but are not limited to: After School Programs, Weekend Programs, Holiday Camps, and Weekend Camps. 

Cancellation Fees

Payments made by credit card will incur a non-refundable 5% Processing Fee, plus $15 Penalty Fee.

Payments made by cash or check will incur a non-refundable $15 Penalty Fee. 

Cancellation Refunds

Cancellations Can Be Made 14+ Days Before the Scheduled Program Start Date: after the non-refundable Cancellation Fees, CORE will provide a full refund of the remaining balance.

Cancellations can not be made 13 or Fewer Days Before the Scheduled Program Start Date; please see Registration Deferral policy below

Registration Deferrals

A Registration Deferral is treated as a non-refundable Program Credit.

Registration Deferrals are subject to a $15 Penalty Fee, only (no Processing Fee).

Program Credits are valid for 1-year after the deferral is made. For example, Registration Deferrals made on Jan 1, 2021 are valid for use until December 31, 2021.

If a Program Credit is used towards a program with a Registration Fee greater than the Program Credit being applied, all standard processing fees apply to the remaining balance.

Registration Deferrals made 14+ Days Before the Scheduled Program Start Date: after the non-refundable $15 Penalty Fee, CORE will provide a full Program Credit for the remaining balance.

Registration Deferrals made 7 - 13 Days Before the Scheduled Program Start Date: after the non-refundable $15 Penalty Fee, CORE will provide a 75% Program Credit of the remaining balance.

Registration Deferrals made 0 - 6 Days Before the Scheduled Program Start Date: after the non-refundable $15 Penalty Fee, CORE will provide a 50% Program Credit of the remaining balance.

Registration Deferrals made for Children who test positive for Covid: after the non-refundable $15 Penalty Fee, CORE will provide a 100% Program Credit of the remaining balance.


SUMMER CAMPS

General 

The following policies apply to Summer Camp programs, May - September. Programs include, but are not limited to: CORE Athletics Camp and Sport Camps. 

Each week of Camp is considered an individual Program. As such, Camp Registrations can not be split between multiple Camp weeks or carried over into other Camp weeks.

Cancellation Fees

Payments made by credit card will incur a non-refundable 5% Processing Fee, plus $15 Penalty Fee.

Payments made by cash or check will incur a non-refundable $15 Penalty Fee.

Cancellation Refunds

Cancellations made 21+ Days Before the Scheduled Program Start Date: after the non-refundable Cancellation Fees, CORE will provide a full refund of the remaining balance.

Cancellations made 7 - 20 Days Before the Scheduled Program Start Date: after the non-refundable Cancellation Fees, CORE will provide a 75% refund of the remaining balance.

Cancellations made 0 - 6 Days Before the Scheduled Program Start Date: all Registration Sales are considered final; no refund will be issued. 

Registration Changes and Refunds

Changes Due to Illness: Any Camp days missed due to illness can be made up within the same Camp week. However, if you would like to make up a day missed due to illness in a different Camp week, you will be charged the difference in price between the drop-in rate for the make-up day minus the price difference between the number of purchased days and number of attended days in the original Camp week. For example: if you purchase a 5-Day Camp but your child misses one day due to illness and you want to schedule the make-up day in the following week, you will be charged the drop-in rate for the make-up day less the difference in price between a 5-Day camp and a 4-Day camp.

Missed Days Due to Illness Partial Refund: If you decline to make up a Camp day that was missed due to illness, you can request a partial refund equal to 50% of the price difference between the number of days purchased and number of days attended. For example, if you paid for a 5-Day Camp and one day is missed due to illness, then you may submit a Request for Partial Refund equal to 50% of the difference in price between a 5-Day Camp and a 4-Day Camp. 

Changes Due to Non-Illness / Other Reasons: Requests to change Camp Weeks can only be made for Camps that start after the originally purchased Camp Week; exceptions will be made when the start date for the new Camp Week is 14+ days after the date of the change request. Change requests made with 14+ Days Advance Notice (of the original Camp Week scheduled start date) will incur a $15 Change Fee. Change Requests made with 7 - 13 Days Advance Notice (of the original Camp Week scheduled start date) will incur a $20 Change Fee. No Changes can be made Less than 7 Days in Advance of the Camp Week scheduled start date.


PRIVATE PROGRAMS & PRIVATE PARTIES

General

For all Private Programs and Private Parties, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.

Cancellations

For all Cancellations, the non-refundable deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling Changes

For all Rescheduling Changes, a $15 Change Fee will be charged in addition to the remaining balance.
