About CORE Lacrosse
CORE Lacrosse is a developmental program for kids interested in learning the game of lacrosse or improving their lacrosse skills in a fun and inclusive environment. Designed to teach and strengthen skills through outstanding instruction, fun drills, situational training, and scrimmages, CORE’s comprehensive curriculum includes lesson plans on stick handling, passing, shooting, footwork, juking, checking, and offensive & defensive strategies.
Plus, CORE Coaches integrate important life lessons such as good sportsmanship, teamwork, and appropriate peer interaction throughout the entire Lacrosse program.
