About Summer Sports Performance Camp
Designed for young athletes of all experience levels, CORE Performance Camp helps kids move better, feel stronger, and develop the physical and mental tools that support success in any sport.
Each session builds key performance attributes — including strength, speed, agility, endurance, coordination, and explosiveness — while also developing confidence, focus, motivation, resilience, and goal-setting through CORE’s integrated social-emotional learning approach.
Campers work through training modules such as plyometrics for multi-directional explosiveness, change-of-direction drills for quickness, functional strength training for power and stability, sprinting mechanics, footwork, and agility drills. Each session wraps with sport technique games that allow campers to apply what they learned in a fun, competitive setting.

Ages: 6 - 12 Years
Limited to 16 campers for focused coaching.

With a low coach-to-athlete ratio, campers receive individualized coaching while training in a fun, supportive small-group environment.
