Create the Ultimate Athlete
Led by Senior CORE Coaches, these 5-Day Performance Camps are elite athletic experiences designed to train the body to perform at a higher level. Coaches combine daily Training Modules to increase overall athleticism, teach advanced sports drills & techniques and prep athletes to enter into the fall season game-ready.
Full-day training experiences pair morning Training Modules (9a - 12p) with afternoon All-Sports Activities and Games (12:30 - 2p). The combination provides athletes the unique opportunity to immediately put into action the techniques they are taught. Recharge breaks provided throughout including Lunch at 12p.
