About Summer Sports Performance Camp
CORE Performance Camp helps kids move better, feel stronger, and build the physical and mental tools they need to grow as athletes.
Led by Senior CORE Coaches, these 5-day camps focus on strength, speed, agility, endurance, coordination, explosiveness, confidence, focus, and resilience — skills that support success in any sport.
Campers work through training modules including plyometrics, change-of-direction drills, functional strength, sprinting mechanics, footwork, agility drills, strength and conditioning, and sport technique games. Full-day campers also participate in afternoon all-sports activities, giving them the chance to apply what they learn in a fun, competitive setting.

Daily Training Modules
Multi-Direction Explosiveness
Increase agility and explosiveness in every direction using dynamic plyometric training.
Functional Strength Training
Improve stability, mobility, speed, power and overall athleticism through stability and resistance exercises.
Agility & Speed
Strengthen running mechanics to improve speed, be more dynamic and maximize potential to move quicker.
Sports Techniques
Test out new skills in a fun, more competitive setting that provides immediate feedback for continual improvement.
