Improve Hand Eye Coordination for Sports

Head Coach Jon Bohrer of CORE Athletic Training teaches kids how to build and improve hand-eye coordination with ball-catching and dynamic movement drills. Coach Jon uses a dodgeball, football, and tennis ball for these drills. Practice each basic drill then progress to the challenge drill. Try to do these drills 3xs a week to see improvement in your hand-eye coordination. Drills are applicable to all sports and help improve in-game performance.
